12 year old Bunnahabhain single malt independently bottled by Douglas Laing for their Provenance series. It was distilled in May 2005 and aged in a refill hogshead until August 2017, then bottled with an outturn of 275 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Honey, vanilla and plenty of green apple sweetness.
Palate: Soft lemon and caramel notes, with a hint of oily malt underneath the sweetness.
Finish: A subtle salinity with menthol and caraway.
