A 12 year old Ben Nevis single malt, bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. It was aged in a single hogshead from June 2006 to June 2018, eventually being bottled with an outturn of 399 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Barley, sponge cake and a hint of Cherry Bakewell.
Palate: Brazil nut and almond, drizzled with honey. Clove spiciness develops throughout.
Finish: Lingering minerality.
