Viking Rye se produce a partir de centeno de alta calidad. El proceso de malteado no difiere mucho de la producción de malta pilsner.
APLICACIONES
Viking Rye Malt se puede utilizar en cervecerías, en cervezas de centeno especiales, Rye Lager, Rye Ale. La malta le da un color dorado y un sabor típico de centeno. Recomendamos mantener la dosis de Rye Malt por debajo del 7% para evitar problemas de separación del mosto.

MALT CHARACTER
Viking Rye is produced from high quality rye. The malting process does not differ much from pilsner malt production.
APPLICATIONS
Viking Rye Malt can be used in breweries, in specialty rye beers, Rye Lager, Rye Ale. The malt gives golden colour and typical rye flavor. We recommend to keep the dosage of Rye Malt under 7% to avoid wort separation problems.
